For all ticketed events, please note the following updated policies:

Face coverings are strongly recommended for fans who are not fully vaccinated, unless actively eating or drinking, per CDC guidelines.

To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, note our Clear Bag Policy:

  • Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags (maximum size: 12"x6"x12")
  • Small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand (maximum size: 4.5"x6.5")
What are the box office hours?

Can I buy tickets to upcoming shows at Coca-Cola Roxy at the box office?

Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, refunded, lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so are void.

Can I bring a camera to the show?

Photography is not permitted at the majority of shows at the venue, however, some bands permit non-professional point and shoot cameras, provided that they are used without a flash. Professional photography equipment (with detachable or zoom lenses) is never permitted without an appropriate media or photo pass.

What items are not allowed inside the venue?
+

The following items are prohibited for all shows:

• No Outside Food or Drink Allowed

• No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, chains of any kind (including wallet chains), studs, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm. 

• Replicas of any type of weapon are NOT permitted

• No drugs, drug paraphernalia or illegal substances of any kind

• No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers.

• No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs)

• No unsealed liquids or gels of any kind

• No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm

• No bags over 10” x 10”, Camelbacks, or Bota bags

• No bags that don't fit our Clear Bag Policy (below)

• No stuffed animals or toys of any kind

• No flowers

• No flags or posters

• No glow sticks, poi, hoops, or bitwhips

• This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management

Where do I pickup my Will Call tickets?

Will Call tickets can be picked up from the Coca-Cola Roxy box office on the day of the show, located across the street from the first base line entry from Truist Park. The box office opens at 12pm on show days.

Where can I park when I come for a show?
+

We are located in The Battery which has multiple parking decks managed by LAZ Parking. The Orange and Delta decks are the closest to our venue. You can purchase advance parking as an add on when you purchase your tickets online. More information on parking at The Battery can be found at www.batteryatl.com/directions-parking. On Braves game days, parking availability may vary. More information for game day parking can be found at www.Braves.com/parking.  Coca-Cola Roxy does not own or operate any of the parking lots, and we are not responsible for parking rates or for vehicles left on the lots.

Is camping allowed?

Camping is not allowed. The Battery Atlanta security will ask anyone who tries to stay overnight to leave the property and return on the day of the show. 

Do you serve food?
+

Yes, we do! Go to the bar in our lobby or in the EP lounge to order food.

Can I check my coat / bag?
+

The building does set up a coat check at times during inclement weather. To find out if coat check will be setup for an event you are attending, email us at cocacolaroxyinfo@livenation.com.

Can I smoke inside the venue, if no do you have a smoking area?
+

There is no smoking inside the venue. There is a designated smoking area, please ask our staff if you need help finding it.

Can I purchase unclaimed tickets from Will Call?
+

No - we cannot sell you someone else's tickets.

If I leave the building during a show, can I return?
+

No. For safety of the building and all of our guests, re-entry is not permitted.

How do I request handicap/ADA accessible seating?
+

The Coca-Cola Roxy is ADA accessible. For information regarding ADA seating, please call 800-745-3000 or visit our box office.

How do I get a photo pass or schedule an interview with the band?
+

Requests for media credentials should be handled through an artist's management company directly.

What methods of payment are accepted for purchasing tickets at the box office?
+

The Box Office at the accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Cash will not be accepted at this time. A photo ID is required for all credit card payments.

Can I rent the venue for a private event?

Yes! For special event inquiries, and hosting an amazing party, corporate meeting, fundraiser or social event please contact Kelly Westmoreland, Director of Special Event Sales at 470-351-3864 or cocacolaroxyevents@livenation.com.

How does my local band perform at Coca-Cola Roxy?

Does my child need a ticket to come with me to the show?
+

Yes. All patrons of any age require a ticket for admission to the Coca-Cola Roxy.

Is there an ATM at the venue?
+

Yes. There are two ATMs on site at the venue. Additionally, all bars and concession areas take credit cards.

Zero Tolerance For Drug Use or Possession
+

The use or possession of any illegal drugs will not be tolerated anywhere inside or outside the venue. Security personnel and narcotics officers will be working and enforcing all drug related laws. Do not bring any illegal substances to the event as violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If you are found inebriated at the door, security will not allow you to enter the venue. Event staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone.

Please come with a smile and be prepared to enjoy a fun filled night of music and dancing.

Can I bring food or drinks from home to the show?

No. We are unable to permit outside food or drink to be brought into the facility.

Can I purchase alcohol?
+

Yes, we have many full service bars located inside the facility. Patrons of legal drinking age are welcome purchase alcoholic beverages after showing a photo ID for age verification.

Can I bring a bag with me?
+

• Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags (maximum size: 12"x6"x12")
• Small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand (maximum size 4.5"x6.5")

One gallon clear plastic freezer bags (will be provided if needed)
When available, additional clear bags meeting the above criteria may be available for sale at the venue.

Where is the lost and found?

Items recovered from shows are collected at the administrative office at venue. If you notice you are missing an item during a show, please check with our guest services staff for assistance.

To check on the status of a lost item the next day, please contact cocacolaroxyinfo@livenation.com.

Can I get to the venue via public transportation?

Is there an age limit to come to a show?
+

Most of our shows are all ages, however some are not. Every show has the age limit for that specific show listed in the event detail. Click "event detail" on our website to see what the age limit is for the show you are coming to.

What should I do if my tickets are lost or stolen?
+

Call Ticketmaster customer support at 1-800-653-8000 and they will be happy to help.

Is your venue standing room or seated?
+

Each show is different. Click the event detail on the show you are coming to to see which one applies to that show. Some shows are all reserved seats. Some shows have a reserved seated balcony and GA standing room floor. Some shows have everything GA. For the GA standing room floor, it is a big open floor and your spot is not held for any reason. Ignore rows and seats on tickets for general admission tickets. Your spot in line does not hold your spot on the floor.
